Above & Beyond Wedding Package
Pricing begins at $15,000

Our all inclusive package for the couple that would like assistance from start to finish.

  • 1 year to 1.5 years before the wedding

  • Venue research and selection + venue comparison chart

  • Budget construction, analysis and management

  • Full event design (theme, concept development with our in house florist, calligrapher, and rental company)

  • Hotel room block

  • Rehearsal Dinner location, research, selection and coordination

  • Production of a detailed Wedding Day Timeline

  • All day-of coordination and communication with vendors. We will not leave your event until everything is finished

We will cover every detail of the planning process; you will not have to worry about a thing. This will be your “Pinterest Dream Wedding!”

Up Close & Personal Wedding Package
Pricing begins at $8,000

This is for the couple who has a general idea of what they want but still need some event assistance to save time, energy, and stress.

  • 6-9 months before the wedding

  • Referral and booking of remaining vendors (included but not limited to: photographer, videographer, florist, DJ, rentals, linens, signage, transportation, hair & makeup, cake/desserts, officiant & invitations)

  • Review current budget

  • Event design, theme and decor assistance

  • Production of a detailed Wedding Day Timeline

  • All day-of coordination and communication with vendors. We will not leave your event until everything is finished

This will take off half of the stress you have, so that you can relax.

The Intimate Package (Event Management)
pricing begins at $3,500

This is for any type of event including weddings, corporate events, baby/bridal showers, baptisms, etc. Event Management covers all bases and makes sure that all things run perfectly on the day of your event.

  • 6 weeks before the wedding or event

  • This service includes 3 face-to-face meetings up until the day of the event, including a free initial consultation.

  • Monthly email “check-ins” to ensure planning is going on track

  • Custom planning checklist

  • Production of a detailed Wedding Day Timeline

  • All day-of coordination and communication with vendors. We will not leave your event until everything is finished.

Many times, venue coordinators are tied up and cannot fill in the missing pieces. With this package, our wedding/event coordinator will work hand-in-hand with the on-site venue coordinator to ensure that the event runs smooth from start to finish.
